A Liberal Democrat motion seeking to boost the cross-Kent uptake of vaccinations to safeguard the health of children was moved at the Kent County Council meeting of 18th September and was passed with the unanimous support of the 73 councillors voting.
Lib Dem County Councillors John Moreland, Mike Sole, Trudy Dean, Richard Streatfeild, Colin Sefton, Geoffrey Samme, Mark Ellis, Tim Prater and Anthony Hook were amongst the 24 questions to the Kent County Council meeting of 18th September.
Despite opposition from the Lib Dems, Greens, Labour and most remaining Conservatives, the Reform administration of Kent County Council voted to rescind its declaration of a climate emergency saying they are "sceptical of anthropogenic climate change".
